Clean, cozy, gREAT BREAKFAST, convenient location - a few steps from the station and main attractions, interesting interior.
Stone floors - it's cold in winter, take your slippers with you.

Had a very nice stay out of town. The hotel was in the central setting to the Florence sights. And it's within walking distance of Trattoria za Za, ate there once or twice. We greatly enjoyed welcome drinks at the Irish bar.

We were there for 3 days, everything was perfect, enjoyed its marvellous and incredible location right by the city center and other sights, famous tourist spots and the Duomo, the David and Uffizi gallery. My stay was really enjoyable, especially considering the fantastic breakfast options which included the best bacon I’ve ever had. The location was perfect for exploring, just a short walk from various attractions and eateries. The room was cozy and well-furnished. I did notice some noise from the street at times, but it didn’t significantly detract from my experience.

I adored the hotel's charming décor, especially the elegant lobby with its beautiful paintings. The common areas were spacious and comfortable. The staff's kindness added to the cute atmosphere.
More accessible features for wheelchairs would be helpful.

Satisfactory three star hotel in good location for seeing the central part of Florence. Just by the station so easy to get to and fro without need for taxi. Station area not the high spot of town but fine for purpose.

This was a very nice clean hotel. It was in a good location for seeing the sights of Florence. We liked that it had a fridge ( unlike hotel in Rome). Breakfast was decent - meat, cheese, eggs (hard boiled), croissants, pastries, cappuccino - usual for Italy. We found an excellent recommendation for dinner in the hotel guide which we never would have found.
The parking was €20/day cash - but they took your car and returned it in good time.

The room was spacious and cozy, with a large tv and a comfy bed that guaranteed a good night's sleep. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore Florence, and the staff was friendly and helpful, we had everything we needed.
It could be a little noisy at times due to the street, but it didn't ruin our experience.
